Environmental Engineer

Environmental Restoration Project ManagerLeads and oversees complex environmental restoration projects across multiple NASA Centers, including investigation, remediation, monitoring, and long-term cleanup activities.Develops and implements restoration strategies to ensure compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, NEPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local environmental requirements.Serves as a technical authority and advisor on environmental restoration matters, evaluating complex contamination issues, remedial alternatives, regulatory requirements, and project risks.Leads regulatory coordination and negotiations with federal and state agencies and collaborates with NASA Centers, legal counsel, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex restoration issues.Manages regional restoration priorities, project schedules, budgets, and resources; evaluates program performance and risks to ensure regulatory milestones, Agency objectives, and mission requirements are achieved.
