For more information, visit .Summary of Role:We are seeking a highly driven Software Program Manager (SPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our engineering organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business operations, ensuring seamless execution of software programs from concept through delivery.The ideal candidate brings strong program execution discipline, technical fluency, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management, application and technology teams on requirementsBuild and manage detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risksOwn end-to-end delivery of complex software programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectationsDrive predictable execution through rigorous tracking, reporting, and issue resolutionProactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints. Implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriately.Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program status, risks, and key decisions.
