Cybersecurity Best Practices : Ensure compliance with security protocols, troubleshoot vulnerabilities, and assist with data protection measures. What You Bring to the Table: We're looking for an IT pro who brings technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach . Ideal candidates will have: Experience : Minimum of 3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; networking (VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP); and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace). Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely, using various support tools and techniques. Certifications (Preferred, Not Required) : CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar. Excellent Communication : Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner. Time Management : Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple support tickets efficiently.
