Senior Infor WFM Consultant Join a team focused on modernizing Infor HCM & FSM environments with deep ERP expertise and AWS-driven innovation. Services: full‑time, remote. Senior Travel: 25% Role Description This full‑time, on‑site or remote Senior Infor WFM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor Workforce Management solutions, including time and attendance, forecasting, scheduling, and labor optimization modules. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, preparing functional specifications, and configuring the system to meet client needs. The role involves conducting system testing, coordinating user acceptance testing, and supporting go‑live activities, including training end users and preparing documentation. The consultant will also provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, recommend best practices, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and client leadership. Qualifications Strong Infor Workforce Management experience, including configuration of core WFM modules such as time and attendance, scheduling, and labor planning. Proficiency in business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating operational needs into functional and technical designs. Experience with implementation lifecycle activities: solution design, configuration, testing, data validation, cutover, training, and post‑go‑live support. Solid understanding of workforce management, HR, payroll, and labor compliance concepts, with the ability to advise on process improvements and best practices. Ability to communicate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and to facilitate workshops and training sessions. Demonstrated experience working in client‑facing consulting roles, including stakeholder management, expectation setting, and issue resolution. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience with Infor ERP or related Infor ecosystem products is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
