The Front Desk Manager serves as the heart of the home within the clinic — leading daily operations, supporting both the client experience and internal team culture, while driving sales performance and operational excellence. This role is highly visible, client-facing, and leadership-focused, balancing front‑of‑house hospitality with strong organizational and operational management. THE ROLE Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and support daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive team environment Serve as the primary leader and point of support for sales associates and clinical staff within the location Create and maintain staff schedules for both sales associates and clinical providers Assist with call‑outs, coverage coordination, and day‑to‑day staffing adjustments Foster accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and a strong clinic culture Maintain calm, solution‑oriented leadership during high‑volume or fast‑paced clinic days Client Experience Act as a warm, welcoming, and highly visible presence within the clinic Ensure every client receives an elevated, personalized experience aligned with the Ethos brand Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, loyalty, and trust Support providers and front desk staff in maintaining seamless treatment flow throughout the day Address client concerns professionally and proactively Sales & Business Growth Drive clinic sales performance through relationship‑based selling and client education Coach staff on consultation flow, membership conversations, retail recommendations, and client retention strategies Monitor clinic goals, KPIs, conversion opportunities, and overall business performance Help implement and uphold the Ethos approach to aesthetics sales and long‑term client relationship building Operations & Organization Oversee clinic organization, inventory support, supply ordering, and operational readiness Ensure all systems, workflows, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance expectations Support communication between departments and leadership teams Identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements when needed QUALIFICATIONS What We're Looking For Required Strong multitasking, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Natural leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities Sales‑oriented personality with confidence in coaching and driving performance Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Preferred Previous leadership or management experience within aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, retail, or medical spa environments preferred Experience with scheduling, team coordination, and operational oversight preferred Warm and approachable Highly organized Operationally minded Team‑oriented leader Solutions‑driven Passionate about aesthetics and client experience This is not solely an operational or back‑of‑house management position.
