Job TitleWhat you'll doSingle Point of Contact for Engineering for Pilot Materials management.Support PG shipments of unreleased material to customer sites. Ensure all purchased parts have met release criteria to be shipped to external customers.Participate in program CFT reviews as required to present status and mitigation for high-risk parts and gather information on upcoming design changes.Support material availability for engineering changes and provide knowledge of potential for rework to Pilot MFG stakeholders.Manage reservation demands in Engineering Stockroom locations.Facilitate material transfers between Engineering Stockroom and Production Warehouse locations as needed.Create/Manage Engineering Material dashboard structure and plan to identify, track and communicate value to DPG.Create and execute CIP plans as necessary to support organizational goals.Create and maintain product-group-specific materials management metrics.Who we're looking forBachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.Demonstrate proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.Read, compare and interpret Product BOMs.Balance a strong emphasis on customer service and support while enforcing business process controls.Strong communication skill set with the ability to concisely share verbal and written updates, tailored for a broad range of audiences from Manufacturing to Engineering Executive Management.Demonstrate root-cause determination and problem-solving skills.Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independently of day-to-day supervision.Demonstrated ability to manage complex data with outstanding attention to detail.Preferred qualificationsBachelor of Science in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain, Planning, Operations or Manufacturing or relevant fields is preferred.Ability to read, interpret and compare mechanical, electrical and assembly drawings is preferred.Master's degree is a plus.Semiconductor industry and global supplier experience is a plus.Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
