Responsibilities Clean, inspect, and repair Residential HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, thermostats, and condensation drainage Troubleshoot systems and diagnose equipment issues with precision Perform scheduled and emergency repairs efficiently and professionally Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with EPA and OSHA regulations Document all repairs and updates using ServiceTitan or similar trade software; Communicate clearly with customers about issues found, work completed, and recommendations for future maintenance Recommend solutions to improve system performance What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical training preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces Reliable, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Physical Requirements Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements) Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms) Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations Benefits Health Coverage: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plan options Insurance: Life, AD&D, and long-term disability included; optional short-term and gap coverage Savings Accounts: FSA and HSA contribution options Retirement: 401(k) available upon hire with employer match; Traditional and Roth options Time Off & Perks Paid time off and holidays Paid parental leave Growth and Training Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement On-going training and development Requirements Valid Driver’s License (required) To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens KB Complete is an equal opportunity employer.
