This position requires fluency in both English and another language to effectively assist our diverse clientele in Clarksville, MD. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Communicate vehicle service needs clearly and accurately between customers and technicians. Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity. Provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance services, including pricing and time estimates. Manage customer concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate service records and process payments according to company policies. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer service and operational effectiveness. Requirements Fluency in both English and at Spanish! Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related customer service role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
