Are you an inspiring leader ready to drive store performance, motivate teams, and set the example on every shift? We’re looking for Store Managers who lead from the front, jump in where needed, and take full responsibility for turning their location into a success. Responsibilities Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance. Lead and inspire a team of 8‑15 employees across all shifts. Serve as the go‑to person for coverage; available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Perform all duties of store employees, including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork. Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals. Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross‑training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed. A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Retail or food management experience preferred. Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service. Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness. Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old. Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
