Contract Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night.

Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Contract LPN/RN Night Shift to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a critical member of our care community, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Conduct routine vital sign checks, reports any changes or concerns to the nursing team, and documents accurately in resident records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes and care

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active & valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri

• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
