Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse (RN) Pasco, Washington. This position involves providing rehabilitative nursing care in a 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role requires a focus on adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, and related patient populations in a fast-paced hospital setting. The position supports the organizations commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.

Job Details:

• Shift: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; at least 1 year of nursing experience, including rehabilitation experience preferred; ability to work night shifts; willingness to work occasional to moderate medical-surgical assignments; strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation nursing experience including documentation of GG scoring.
• Unit Information:
  • Number of beds: 10
  • Patient ratios: 5:1
  • Equipment: Omnicell medication dispensing system
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech
  • Patient populations include adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  • Must include candidate's full submittal packet including resume and skills checklist.
  • The position is a replacement of permanent staff.
  • Orientation scheduled for various dates, with the initial date on January 12, 2026.
