ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of 13. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager, where I developed a passion for leadership, team development, and customer service. I'm a Michigan State University business graduate, married with three children and two dogs, and family is the most important part of my life. Giving back to the community is a priority for me. I'm actively involved with several local nonprofits and serve on multiple nonprofit boards. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Curtis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
