Boutique Law Firm Seeks Talented Immigration Attorney Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. What You’ll Do Handle asylum and removal defense cases from intake through trial Represent clients in Immigration Court (EOIR), including Master Calendar Hearings (MCH), Individual Hearings (ICH), bond hearings, and contested proceedings Review and finalize filings prepared by junior attorneys and paralegals Develop case strategy and make final legal decisions on complex matters Assist with or oversee federal habeas corpus petitions and urgent detention matters Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff as the team grows Why join us? Experience appearing before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA strongly preferred. Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Strong client communication and cultural competency, with the ability to work with vulnerable populations. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
