Position Summary Reporting to Senior Product Management Lead for Aerospace Electrical Interconnect Products, the successful candidate will manage all technical, pricing, and marketing related deliverables for interconnect products being sold to commercial and military aerospace markets. The candidate will interact daily with internal and external Sales staff, distributors, end customers and engineers, drive all product management activities and will be responsible for related revenue and margin. This position is responsible for achieving all profitability and revenue growth objectives for the assigned product lines in line with the company’s strategic plan. Essential Responsibilities Implement and develop online and manual pricing tools for responsible product lines in coordination with the pricing team to improve pricing responses and maximize revenue and margin with the goal of achieving a sub 5-day average turnaround time on all quotationsManage product cost reduction activities and market price strategies to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements – achieve a minimum 15% closure rate on relevant product linesManage customer facing activities that results in maximum product line value, developing product related collateral to the Sales team, distribution, and end customers as well as messaging that maximizes ITT Cannon’s competitive position within the marketDevelop marketing communications collateral in conjunction with marketing that optimizes messaging – build and execute a plan that includes a minimum of 1 marketing content release per quarterDevelop and manage product roadmaps and oversee specific product development projects crucial to ensuring new product launches are achieved on schedule in accordance with the product roadmapConduct and manage product related engineering activities through regular meetings to ensure engineering activities are supporting tactical and strategic product line objectivesKey management point of contact responsible for all product related pricing and margin activities as well as tactical and strategic activities related to the product line.Safety is a core value at ITT. Equal Pay Act Range Annual Salary Range is from $104,200.00 to $155,600.00, plus benefits & incentive plans.
