Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with IRF care standards
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Ability to commit to a 13-week travel contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with IRF documentation and compliance requirements
