We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate values teamwork, embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement

• Handle litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court proceedings, and trial preparation

• Provide strategic counsel regarding litigation risks and opportunities

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties

• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience

• Strong background in insurance defense and complex litigation

• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Nebraska

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work product

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Self-motivated with strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities
