Shift: 8 am to 4:30pm
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Required:
- 1+ years' professional PT experience
- Must have Physical Therapist license
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Must be COVID vaccinated or Religious Exemption
Responsibilities:
- Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients
- Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis
- Evaluate and report on patients' progress
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
