Position Summary: The Franciscan School is seeking a faith-filled and visionary principal who will continue to strengthen our Catholic identity, foster academic excellence, cultivate faculty leadership, and guide our growing school community into its next chapter. Qualifications A practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and evangelization. A visible and faith-filled leader who fosters a joyful Catholic culture. A collaborative communicator who values relationships and community engagement. A strategic thinker capable of leading continued growth and innovation. An instructional leader committed to academic excellence and faculty development. A prudent steward of school resources and long-range planning. Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Commitment to collaborative ministry and Catholic education. Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field. Possess or be eligible for North Carolina administrator licensure. Have a minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership experience preferred. Demonstrate strong organizational, financial, and communication skills. Exhibit proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning.
