In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic aerospace environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGTest Engineering Support & Leadership:• Lead and supervise teams of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights.• Manage and adjust work assignments to meet both tactical and strategic goals.• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to established procedures and work plans.• Set priorities, review work for quality and efficiency, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with Manufacturing Test Engineers (MTE) on avionics issues.• Oversee and enforce policies and procedures affecting individual employees, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.• Administer processes and drive team performance to achieve high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
