Senior Sap Project Manager

An experienced SAP Project Manager with strong IT project management capabilities and a proven track record in delivering SAP IBP and Ariba implementations. The role requires effective leadership of cross‑functional technical teams and deep understanding of Life Sciences/MedTech industry requirements, including compliance‑driven environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP IBP and Ariba implementation programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets Manage cross‑functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, and business stakeholders Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting to executive stakeholders Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and integration architectures Ensure adherence to Life Sciences regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, validation, audit readiness) Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities across SAP and non‑SAP systems Establish and enforce project management best practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery models) Engage with business stakeholders to drive user adoption, change management, and training strategies Coordinate with global teams, vendors, and system integrators across multi‑location deployments Drive continuous improvement and post‑go‑live stabilization support Required Skills & Experience 12-15+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 10+ years leading SAP programs Proven experience delivering SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and SAP Ariba implementations Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns (BTP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware, EDI) Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, complex SAP landscapes Experience working with technical teams (ABAP, integration, cloud, data migration) Knowledge of Life Sciences / MedTech domain , including regulated environments and compliance frameworks Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management Experience with tools such as Jira, MSProject, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent PM tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Radixlink
