The job requires the following qualifications and credentials: - Certification: ARMDS, BLS - Licensure: Must have License/Certificate Verification - Various professional and personal health history verifications are required for onboarding, such as: - Fit Test - COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella - Physical/Health Statement - Professional documentation and testing include: - Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing - Criminal Background Check - Education Verification - Various Trinity-specific forms including Code of Conduct, Integrity and Audit Services, Non Employee Upload Form, System Access Form, and more - Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training - IA Sing Report - OFAC - Other requirements for submission or onboarding where specified
