Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Department: Emergency Department
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 9A - 9P
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Rotates every other weekend
• Call Requirements: Ability to adjust hours according to patient census

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 32
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 to 1:5
• Equipment: Critical Care equipment
• EHR: Cerner

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in emergency services
• Preferred Skillset: Experience in a fast-paced emergency department handling strokes, STEMIs, and trauma cases is beneficial.
• Must Have Skills: Excellent patient experience skills, critical thinking, and the stamina to manage a rapid work pace.

Patient Population

This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, from birth to end of life, addressing a wide range of medical conditions.
