Server, Blackwolf Run Location: Kohler, WI Work Mode: Onsite Opportunity Join our top‑rated food and beverage teams and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations. Specific Responsibilities Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell. Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter them into the POS system. Greet guests and present them with the menu when applicable. Process payment transactions. Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed. Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor. Communicate with guests and provide assistance with questions. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. Respond promptly to guest requests. Maintain proper dining experience: deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, refilling glasses. Prepare mixed drinks for service at the customer’s table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed). Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort. Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant par stock levels and side station. Help other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and seating guests. Skills / Requirements Safe Serve Certified, as applicable. 2 years previous experience as a server, required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation The hourly range for this position is $4.50 - $6.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
