Job Title: Bottler / Packer (Production Associate)

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Overview

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bottler / Packer to join its production team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently filling, labeling, and packaging products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate bottling and packaging equipment according to established procedures
Fill containers with liquid products accurately and consistently
Label, seal, and package finished goods for shipment
Inspect products for quality, ensuring proper fill levels, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors
Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE
Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic understanding of safety practices in a production setting
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment

Industrial / production setting
Exposure to liquids, machinery, and standard manufacturing conditions
PPE required and provided as necessary
