• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shift coverage with night/weekend home call
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts; 14-hour night home call
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,330 - $10,000
• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Population: NICU newborn population in an open-bay exam room environment
• Coverage Need: Short staffing support

• Board certified in Neonatology or truly board eligible
• Completion of a Neonatology fellowship
• Active full Michigan medical license at time of name clear
• Current NRP advanced provider or instructor status required
• NALS certification preferred
• Self-query NPDB completed within the month of presentation
• At least 1 year of recent neonatology experience required
• Ability to arrive onsite within 30 minutes when on call

• Provide comprehensive medical care for neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Attend high-risk deliveries and C-sections
• Manage ventilation support, including BiPAP, CPAP, oscillator ventilation, and nitric oxide therapy
• Perform neonatal procedures such as chest tube insertion, central line placement, arterial line insertion, PA catheter insertion, UVC, UAC, and PICC placement
• Respond to emergency situations and participate in neonatal resuscitation
• Collaborate with and potentially supervise Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Document all patient care accurately in EPIC
• Support a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering excellent neonatal care
