Job Responsibilities Include:

- Opening/Closing restaurant

- Inventory Management

- Cash Management

- Product Making/Quality Control

- Customer Service - Orders/Resolution/etc.

- Hiring and Training Team Members

- Managing All Aspects of Daily Function

- Restaurant Growth

Our General Managers become Owner/Operators of their own local restaurant! By excelling in your restaurant you have the opportunity to earn your fair share of the bottom line each month! Your offered salary is guaranteed, however, your total monthly pay depends solely on your abilities! We are a company that believes in paying a fair market wage while allowing our star employees to increase their pay based on their own hard work, dedication, and capabilities!

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced manager with proven leadership abilities to bring our restaurant to the next level. A competitive nature, ability to train and delegate, and a positive attitude are just a few of the traits you will need to be successful in this position.

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, and sex offender check.
A standard Papa John’s employment application must be completed in order to be considered for employment.
Must have at least 1 year General Management Experience in any field.
Must have open availability.
Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Must have a general understanding of inventory and labor control.
Must have a general understanding of computers.

We have 10 stores in Texas, 3 in the Beaumont Area, 6 in East Texas Area and Texarkana.
We have 21 stores in Louisiana, 12 in the Baton Rouge area, 2 in Lake Charles area, Leesville/Fort Polk, 4 in Shreveport area and Ruston and Monroe, LA.
