Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Boca Raton Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an outpatient setting providing comprehensive care to patients across the full lifespan. You will be part of a collaborative care team that emphasizes quality care, prevention, and long-term patient relationships in a supportive clinical environment. Schedule & Practice Highlights Outpatient-only primary care Monday Friday schedule No weekends No on-call responsibilities Full-spectrum care (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics) Strong clinical and administrative support Team-based, collaborative environment Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed Collaborate with physicians and care team members Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Master s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA) Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Experience in primary care or outpatient setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage Why Join Sanitas?
