Sales Leader

Music & Arts, a leading national music retailer and lesson provider, seeks a Sales Leader to drive retail performance in our student‑focused environment. This role oversees daily store sales, merchandising, and customer experience while supporting private lesson and rental growth. You will coach and motivate a sales team, build strong relationships with parents, students, and educators, and partner with school service reps to expand outreach. The Sales Leader analyzes sales metrics, executes promotions, ensures operational excellence, and models our collaborative, education‑driven culture to achieve revenue and service goals.
