We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in Redmond to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.The Caregiver role pays between $20 - $22 per hour and paid biweekly. As part of the Almost Family Team, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, paid training and additional voluntary benefits!Your Meaningful Impact (Responsibilities):Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulationsHome Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.What You Bring to the Family (Requirements)High School Diploma or equivalentA compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningValid driver's license and auto insuranceExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsReady to make a real difference?
