Construction Project Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of a design-build construction project. Key Responsibilities Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project. Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Monitor construction progress, document activities, and identify/report potential issues or deficiencies. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including inspectors, schedulers, estimators, safety personnel, and document control. Collaborate with design, program controls, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution. Identify, track, and ensure resolution of deficient work and corrective actions. Enforce project policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence. Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant construction project experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in construction/project management tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes. Preferred: Experience managing complex construction projects across various delivery methods. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
