Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Schedule: 11:30AM - 8:00PM, weekends as scheduled.
Weekend Rotation: Work every 4th weekend

As part of the team that keeps our community clean, safe, and welcoming, you'll help ensure residents, visitors, and coworkers enjoy a beautiful environment built on respect and care.

• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations in the Community Building and nearby areas
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and departmental standards
• Replace light bulbs and clean lighting fixtures according to assigned schedules
• Maintain carpets and floor surfaces in assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance
• Keep equipment in good working order and promptly report needed repairs
• Clean the Community Center, offices, and public spaces following established schedules and procedures
• Assist with resident garden home turnover to meet move‑in standards
• Move heavy furniture and complete room setups for meetings and events
• Assist with trash and recycling collection, storage, and distribution
• Support Home Management Associates during heavy lifting tasks and annual spring cleaning
• Work assigned weekend shifts, which may include duties in skilled care units or the Community Center
• Follow all regulations related to skilled care and independent living areas
• Attend and maintain all required training, including in‑services and Relias modules
• Report to work during emergency situations and remain on-site if requested by the Facilities Director
