Program Quality Director - Capital Projects

Construction Material Testing

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to oversee quality across multiple capital projects for the owner or EPC, establishing the quality management system and directing Project Quality Managers. You will set supplier/contractor standards and represent the client in regulatory audits while reporting quality performance to executives.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects with at least 5 years leading quality programs.
