Currently Hiring Security Control Room Officer 1st/2nd Shifts $22.66/Hr Must have weekend schedule availability Ideal candidate will have previous experience in security, LEO, corrections or customer service fields. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Answer routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms and provide general assistance to employees and guests. Maintain records of communications and events. Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence. Escalate complaints and unusual/critical event information to the Supervisor without delay. Accurately maintain control of all equipment and keys in the SOC and log all equipment and keys signed out and returned. Inform the Supervisor of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarms, CCTV, or other systems without delay. Proactively monitor all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs. Monitor and respond to all security and safety system alarms. Answer and respond to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms. Control and monitor the two‑way communication systems.
