You'll be Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections/testing on electromechanical and sterile disposable products Completing First Article Inspections and associated documentation Identifying and recording product quality problems Reviewing device history records and assisting in product release Supporting inspection of engineering prototypes Conducting data entry and suggesting process improvements Organizing QC work stations and receiving quarantine areas Auditing quality records and manufacturing processes Working on moderately complex assignments that require sound judgment This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Possess a minimum of 3 years related experience in the medical device industry (required) Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills Are adaptable and dependable- able to manage competing demands and frequent change Exhibit initiative and good judgment in routine recommendations Have basic computer skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations Are motivated to meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment Kelly offers eligible employees voluntary benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability.
