This position is Remote Based in Eastern or Central Time Zones About the Market Operations Recruiter: Upperline Health is seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented High Volume Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on recruiting for clinical hourly positions within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The idea candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to thrive in a setting that demands efficiency and adaptability. What you'll do: Manage the recruitment process for clinical/operations hourly positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers. Efficiently handle a large number of requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality hires to meet staffing needs. Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conduct thorough screenings and interview to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit. Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines. Manage and implement best practices in talent acquisition to ensure high-quality hires that align with organizational standards. Partner with hiring leaders and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provided an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a professional demeanor. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide coaching and guidance to hiring leaders on best practices for interview, candidate selection and market trends. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basis. Skills and Abilities: Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract and engage talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
