Job Title Account Receivable Associate

Location: Phoenix AZ 85027

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule Pay: Bi-Weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 per week

Type: Full Time

Account Receivable Associate Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing and related administrative duties
• Accurately post and record customer payments/checks on a regular basis
• Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances and secure payment
• Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
• Use billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Office to track and document work
• Support the accounting team with backup coverage and project-based tasks as needed
• Handle phone calls professionally and provide strong customer service

Account Receivable Associate Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting required
• 1 year accounts receivable / billing / accounting experience
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required
