THE POSITIONS Location: Omaha, Lincoln & Surrounding Areas Hours: Full Time and Part Time - Days Including School day shifts - Weekday Monday through Friday Client Specifics: Kids ages 1-19 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes As a School-Based Pediatric Nurse, you'll provide individualized nursing care for children ages 1-19 with complex healthcare needs while they attend school and participate in daily activities. You will: Deliver skilled nursing care in the school setting Monitor and respond to each student's healthcare needs Support safe participation in classroom and school activities Partner with families, school staff, and clinical teams Build meaningful relationships with the child and their support network Help students achieve both educational and health-related goals THE COMPANY Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been a trusted leader in pediatric home health and private duty nursing .
