Position Overview

We are seeking an Accountant to support financial operations through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation.

• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.

• Prepare regulatory and financial reporting as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Professional accounting experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience supporting audits and budgeting processes is preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
