Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Overview In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Reduce interfering behaviors to support each child's development. Collaborate with a team to support children and families. Qualifications and Requirements Passionate about helping children with autism.
