Long® Fence , the industry leader for over 80 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory based with appointments assigned in the territory of West Virginia. As a Residential Sales Associate you will be part of an elite team. Trained and supported with management and fellow associates creating an environment for success. Meeting one on one with our customers offering a variety of services from fencing to full season sunrooms. All our opportunities are screened by our call center, preparing you with the information necessary to provide samples and brochures offering a personal, no pressure evaluation for every customer. The maximum compensation for this position is $170,000.00 annually. *Compensation above is based on commission averages and is not guaranteed* Benefits Offered:

- Experience using Salesforce is a plus!

- All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana. Medical Marijuana Cards are not acceptable as a Federal Contractor. This position requires a Valid Driver's License
- All candidates must be able to commute to the office and territory based appointments daily.
- All candidates will use their own reliable vehicle for daily lead appointments and daily commute.
- All candidates must be available Monday-Saturday to run appointments.
- Appointments are assigned in two hour blocks, starting at 8am and ending at 6pm.
