Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Driver Patrol Coverage in Pico Rivera, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or customer service issues, and report observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management in a timely manner.
- Assist with access control, after-hours checks, and/or other assigned duties that support daily operations and security-related needs at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
