Our mission is guided by values of dignity, accountability, and impactful service delivery. Role Description The Level 2 Behavior Clinician is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis. The primary responsibilities include providing individualized behavioral support to clients, conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, and monitoring progress. The clinician will collaborate with clients, families, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of effective, person-centered care plans. Participation in team meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to ethical and professional practices are fundamental to this role. Qualifications Strong skills in conducting assessments, behavioral analysis, and developing individualized support plans. Proven ability to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress effectively. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate client records and adhere to compliance standards. Experience working in human services, counseling, or behavioral health fields; knowledge of community-based services preferred. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field preferred. Certification or licensure related to behavior analysis (e.g., BCBA) is a plus.
