We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician for a 1099 contract opportunity at a well-established employee health clinic in Centreville, MD. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, low-volume setting focused on preventative care and chronic disease management.

• 1099 Contract Role
• 100% Malpractice Coverage Provided
• Weekly Compensation
• Negotiable Pay Rates
• Average Patient Volume: 8 10 per day
• Supportive Staffing Model: 2 Providers + 3 Medical Assistants

• Weekdays Only No Weekends

• Primary care clinic serving employees and dependents (ages 2+)
• Services include:
  • Preventative care
  • Biometric screenings
  • Health coaching
  • Treatment of common acute illnesses
  • Chronic disease management (including diabetes )
  • Minor behavioral health
• Well-woman exam experience required
• Patients receive no-cost healthcare under employer health plans

• Active Physician license (MD/DO)
• Primary care experience required
• Strong experience in:
  • Chronic disease management
  • Diabetes care
  • Acute care treatment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

• Start Date: ASAP (credentialing takes 2 3 weeks)
  • Target start dates: 6/22 or 6/29
• Contract Length: Through 12/31/2026 (with potential extension)
• EMR System: Athena

• Local providers preferred
• If needed:
  • Lodging provided (booked by Amergis)
  • Mileage reimbursement available
