About the Role \n
\nSJCH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, whole-person care for patients of all ages—helping advance our mission of health equity and community well-being. At SJCH, your passion for community-based medicine isn’t just welcomed—it’s celebrated. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services that make a tangible difference every day.\n

What You’ll Do \n
\n•    Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages\n
\n•    Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage chronic and acute conditions\n
\n•    Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care\n
\n Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices\n
\n•    Document care accurately in the EHR system\n
\n•    Participate in Saturday coverage (two per month) and one evening clinic per week (11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.)\n
\n•    Support SJCH’s mission through clinical service, outreach, and community engagement\n
\n
What You’ll Bring \n
\n•    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school\n
\n•    Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency\n
\n•    Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine\n
\n•    Active California medical license, DEA, and BLS certification\n
\n•    Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)\n
\n Commitment to health equity and service to diverse communities\n
\n

Compensation: $285,000 – $335,000 annually (commensurate with experience, skills, and licensure), plus $50,000 sign-on bonus!\n
