OR RN Circulator

Position / Specialty: OR RN Circulator circulate, scrub and charge experience REQUIRED Shift: 3 x 12 hour shifts, nights 1900-0700, call required Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes On-Call REQ: Up to 8 weekday shifts, up to 9 (12 hour) weekend call shifts defined as any Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a 13 week period, with a 30 minute recall Certs & License: Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required BLS, ACLS Required Floating Requirements: No Blocked Scheduling: Weekend Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval Required Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements: Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds. Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
