Service AdvisorEdwards Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! The Service Advisor will work directly with customers and technicians regarding vehicle repairs and offering alternatives based on the customers' budgets and needs. The Service Advisor will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.Base plus commission $40,000-$90,000+ annual earning potentialResponsibilities:Greeting customers, and getting them checked into the systemConsulting with technicians about needed repairs and offering alternatives based on customers budgets and needsAnswering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with techniciansInforming customers about warranty protections and various programs and discountsScheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the departmentInforming customers of changes as they come up and being in continuous contact with customers to make sure they understand the process each step of the wayRequirements:Excellent verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and customer focused demeanorProficient typing skillsPrevious service drive experience is highly preferred
