About the Role

They are seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Partner Manager to work directly with our Head of Growth. Supply is the gating factor for our business—you will own a portfolio of brand partners, ensure a consistent pipeline of inventory, and build the scalable account management playbooks our GTM team will run on.

What You’ll Do

• Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners from onboarding through ongoing growth on the platform.
• Drive Listing Volume & Retention: Keep partners engaged to ensure inventory flows consistently, proactively removing friction before accounts stall.
• Performance & Business Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins to share recovery results, market insights, and strategic inventory recommendations.
• Build Account Playbooks: Collaborate with the Head of Growth to establish scalable systems, tooling, and operational playbooks for partner success.

What They're Looking For

• Top-Tier Pedigree: 2–5 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles (B2B, marketplace, agency, or Big 4 / CPG backgrounds welcome).
• Commercial Relationship Building: High-empathy communicator who quickly builds partner trust and takes true ownership of outcomes.
• Operational & Data Rigor: Highly organized with an analytical mindset to leverage data and AI tools for spotting account risks and growth opportunities.
• Domain Context (Bonus): Background or familiarity with retail, CPG, consumer goods, or inventory-adjacent business models.
