Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients.
• Ability to maintain productivity targets (approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; higher throughput during peak times).
• Experience or willingness to work in multidisciplinary clinics including collaboration with chiropractic, OT, and acupuncture providers.

Clinic Details & Typical Schedule

• Typical daily patient volume: 18–20 patients.
• Support staff: full-time aides, generally two aides per three therapists at larger clinics.
• Productivity expectations: 1.8–2.2 patients per hour, with up to 3 patients/hour during peak times.
• Schedule variations include 4x10 options at some locations.
