Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility to practice in Colorado.
- School-based OT experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, families, and support staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and individualized OT services to a caseload of ~45 elementary students.
- Work across two engaging school sites, adapting interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute functional expertise to educational teams.
- Document progress, adapt goals, and communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
