Senior SAP PP Functional Consultant

Skill Requirements:1. 8-10 Years Implementation and SAP Rollout experience in PP/QM.2. Should have worked on a rollout / implementation projects in Process manufactuirng 2. Should have exposure on the settings related to MRP for successfull MRP Run.3. Good knowledge on the serial number assignment for the materials at required levels.4. Knowledge on end to end production cycle for manufacturing process like conversion of planned order to production order, Release, print & confirmation of production order.5. Should have experience on setting up of PP related master data like creation of BOM, Workcenter, Routing etc.6. Knowledge on configuration settings required for Document Management System in production order.7. Should have experience on Quality Management settings like creation of all QM related master data, inspection lot creation, Result Recording & Usage decision.8. Should have worked on 3rd party Interface & Good Knowledege on IDOC.9. Integration Knowledge with SAP MM,CS/PM, FICO and PS modules.10. Have strong knowledge in mapping business requirements to SAP.Travel Requirement: This position is to work out of our client office in Westchester, IL and requires travel to various client locations.
